1. Order Cancellation Overview

At handloomsaree.in, we strive to deliver your handwoven products as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our conditions and steps below for a seamless process.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of cost within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our facility (whichever is earlier):

• Prepaid Orders: Upon successful cancellation, 100% of the amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The order will be immediately terminated with no further action required.

3. Exceptions & Custom Orders

Please note that orders containing custom-stitched blouses, tailored suit materials, or personalized modifications cannot be canceled once the tailoring process has commenced.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order under rare circumstances, such as:

• Product out-of-stock or unforeseen quality control failure prior to shipping.
• Incomplete or unverified shipping address or customer phone number.
• Unforeseen logistics limitations in servicing your pincode.

In any such case, our customer support team will notify you immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
